These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Pehredar security guard management platform (the "Service"), operated by Nexcore Alliance LLP("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Pehredar is a workforce-management platform for security agencies — attendance tracking, duty deployment, payroll processing, incident reporting, and site inspections — accessed via the Pehredar mobile app and web dashboard.
Accounts are provisioned by a security agency (the "Agency") for its administrators and guards. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at apps@nexcorealliance.com.

Fees for the Service are set out in the agreement between the Company and the Agency and are billed directly, outside of the Pehredar app — the app itself does not process in-app purchases or subscriptions. Individual guards and employees are not charged to use the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You can request deletion of your account and personal data via the app or our account deletion page.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by the Company and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service — only a limited, non-transferable right to use it as intended.
An Agency's administrator may deactivate or remove guard/employee accounts at any time as part of normal workforce management. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms, non-payment by the Agency, or as required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Company's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees paid to the Company for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified in-app or via the contact details below.
