Build the foundation your operations will run on.
Before a single guard clocks in, Pehredar lets you define the full structure of your agency. Add your clients, create sites under each client, and set up sub-locations within each site. Each location gets a configurable geofence radius that's used for attendance verification, inspections, and incident reporting.
Create client profiles and attach sites to them. Each site has its own address, geofence radius, and billing rate — ready to be used across every module.
Large sites can be broken into sub-locations — entry gates, control rooms, perimeter sectors — each with its own geofence.
Use the permission matrix to define exactly which pages and UI widgets each role can access. Create a role for guard, supervisor, manager, or anything in between.

Every guard verified before their first shift.
When you add a new guard, they receive a guided onboarding link on their phone. They complete a multi-step form, sign it with a digital e-signature, and take a live selfie. The selfie is compared against their uploaded profile photo before the account is activated — no manual check required.
Guards complete their onboarding on their phone — personal details, emergency contact, bank details for payroll. Every field is validated before they can move forward.
The completed form is signed digitally. The signature is stored with the record and is downloadable as a PDF at any time.
A live selfie is captured at the end of onboarding and matched against the guard's profile photo. If the match fails, the admin is flagged to review manually.
No guard is active until an admin reviews and approves their onboarding record. The admin sees the form, the signature, and both photos side by side.

Once your company is configured and your guards are onboarded, everything runs through the dashboard. Guards clock in from the field with GPS and selfie verification. You see them live on the map. At month end, payroll generates itself from the verified attendance data.
Guard positions stream to your map in real time over a socket connection. You'll see an alert the moment any guard's GPS looks spoofed or their location permission is turned off.
Schedule shifts, assign guards, and let the system check for conflicts. Guards clock in and out from the field — every record has GPS proof and a photo.
Guards run geofence-verified inspections from reusable checklists. If something happens, they file an incident report linked to their active site.
